Hi Khaleda, Thank you for your post, welcome to the forum, in answer to your question,
As you have attended the Advanced Course I am going to assume you want to assign the macro to a button embedded on your worksheet; follow these steps;
1. Create your macro as required
2. Menu command View>Toolbars>Forms, the Forms toolbar will open
3. Click on the Button and then draw a rectangle on your worksheet
4. The Assign Macro dialog box will open; make your choice from the list of available macros and click OK.
You can then format your button as required changing text etc.
Note: once you have clicked away from the button, left clicking on it will activate the macro, to format the button from this point you must right-click on it. I hope that has helped, best regards Pete
