Mailmerge in Outlook

I have an Excel file with a list of contacts... and I want to use some of these to email out an attachment using mailmerge. Is it possible to mailmerge emails?

Thanks

RE: Mailmerge in Outlook

Hi Nicky,

Thank you for your question.

When you are writing a new email, you can switch on the MailMerge toolbar. (VIEW menu > TOOLBARS > MAIL MERGE)

On the MailMerge toolbar, click on the 2nd button (Open Datasource icon). Locate for your Excel contact file. Once the file is chosen, you may filter the contacts for mailmerge.

See if this helps.

Kind regards,

Outlook tip:

Quick way to create a distribution list

If you have been sent an email that contains all the names you want in your distribution list then highlight and copy the names from the email. When you get to the address book for adding names paste the names into the members bar.
