Reporting Graphical Data

I intend to use Access to report graphical data over time (on a line chart).
What should I consider when structuring my data in tables? (ie how should I structure the date labels, as rows or columns)

RE: Reporting Graphical Data

Dear Daniel

Thank you for attending Access course. I hope you enjoyed i and benefited from it.

I would highly appreciate it if you could let me know if you intend to create the graph/chart in Access or planning to import it in Excel and then create the chart. Also if you can provide me with some kind of an example it would help me to provide you with the best possible solution.

Many thanks

Kindest Regards

Access tip:

Hiding Multiple Table columns

If you want to hide non-adjacent Access table columns. In Datasheet view, open the table that contains the columns you want to hide.

On the Format menu, click Unhide Columns.
In the Unhide Columns dialog box, clear the check box next to the name of each column you want to hide.
Click Close.

This method makes having to use the Hide Columns command repeatedly unnecessary
