How do you create a chart?

Hi Jean-Philippe, Welcome to the forum, I hope you enjoyed your Excel 2007 Course. In answer to your question; Select the data you wish to chart, on the Insert Ribbon, choose the type of chart you wish to create from the main options, when you click on the drop down arrow you will be given a number of options to choose from. selecting one of these will create an instant chart on the same sheet. You will then be offered a number of other commands ie change the type of chart, or even options to choose from Quick Styles or Layouts. There are so many variations of charts now available to you in Excel 2007, all of them easily chosen from the ribbon or the drop down selections. Difference between Two Dates

The DATEDIF function computes the difference between two dates. The DATEDIF function is as follows:

=DATEDIF (Date1,Date2,Interval)

Please note that Date1 must be less than (earlier) or equal to Date2

Please note that Interval must be one of the following codes: "d" (in days), "m" (in months), "y" (in years) expressed in quotes
