Hi Don, Thank you for your post, In answer to your question, this is a subject which is covered under data validation.
The data in your drop downs can be lifted from a cell range in your workbook or can be typed manually as a custom list. If the data is lifted from a cell range, editing or deleting items from that range will affect subsequent (not historic) data in your selections. To create a drop down box for data entry follow these steps; Select the range to which you wish to apply the drop down entries, go to the menu command Data>Validation and choose List from the dialog box Allow drop down, you can then enter the cell locations of your list or type [separated by commas (,)] in the Source text box. Click OK and you will have a drop down entry facility in your worksheet. This can be repeated as many times as you wish. I hope that has explained it sufficiently, enjoy, best regards Pete.
