Hi Otis, Thank you for the post, welcome to the forum, in answer to your question, creating a crosstab query which is a summarisation of your data, the easiest and most straightforward way to do this is to follow the Crosstab query wizard which you can invoke by going to the Queries objects click on New and select Crosstab query wizard, follow the steps to create your query.
