Advice regarding printing a project plan in PDF.

Thank you for your question
First you need to choose and install PDF Printer software. If you don't have any as yest, I suggest Googling on PDF Printer and selecting the package that suits you best. There are numerous free packages out there.
Once installed if you open your project and click File-Print and then in the Print To combo, select "PDF Printer". You will then be prompted to supply a file name
