When would I use a crosstab query?

RE: Access

Hi Russell

You would use a crosstab query when you want to see the values in a database table laid out like an Excel sheet (2 sets of labels)

I t was used in Access as an alternative to the Pivot table.

With the introduction of pivot tables in Access they have taken over most of the Crosstab functions

Hope this helps

Carlos
