Where do I find the explanations for things like ISBLANK and other easy to use statements when writing functions?

In Excel go to the "Type A Question for help" box in the top right of the excel window and type in
Worksheet functions listed by category
and click the same sentence in the options that appear
In the Help window select the category and Function you want, and read the description and examples for its use.
