On Excel when i click on open i created shortcut in my space which is a box on you left hand side.
I am not sure how to do this in 2007

Hi Bhavna, thanks for your query. Try right-clicking on the grey area of the left hand side of the Open dialog box. You should get an "Add" option which will add a shortcut to the current folder to the list of shortcuts already displayed.
