will it be important to use shortcutting in every project or can i always use the long way ?

HI Emma, Thank you for your post, In answer to your question, I think you are talking about Keyboard Shortcuts as apposed to Menu and Toolbar commands, if this is the case, the choice is entirely up to you, if you are comfortable using the mouse to select Menu and Toolbar buttons then you should continue to do so, Keyboard Shortcuts are simply that, shortcuts, for example rather than clicking Edit, Copy, try the keyboard command CTRL+C on selected cells, there are many other Keyboard Shortcuts, but as I said earlier, using them is entirely up to you.
