When you are checking your data, how do you put the "voice" on so that you don't have to keep looking at the screen.
Hi Ann, thanks for your query. Click on the Tools drop down menu and select speech. The Text to Speech toolbar will appear and if you click on the first icon on the left it should start reading out the range of cells you are currently in. Note that when you click on the icon it may have to install the software first.
