how do get rid of page breaks
Hi Teresa
In Excel to get rid of Page Breaks you need to view the worksheet in Page Break Preview.
In this view the page breaks appear as blue lines on the screen
You click below the Horizontal lines and to the right of the Vertical lines and the right click the mouse.
In the menu the Remove Page Break command appears.
NB If the wrong cell is selected the normal Insert Page Break line appears

Excel tip:Separate the year from a dateTo separate the year from a date use the =year() function, eg a date is in cell A1 and in A2 you wish to display the year enter the function =year(A1) |
