Hi Carol, thank you for your post, welcome to the forum, now this is a question to be answered, but really it is down to personal likes and dislikes, as well as company standards. however to put it straight, you should decide on colours which are easily visible, and which contrast with each other, remember that some people can suffer, even though they may not know it, from colour blindness, and colours like red and green if put together may be difficult to be separated by these people. But as I said right at the top of this response, it is down to personal choice, colour of each data unit can be changed by double clicking on the unit and from the pallett choosing a new colour.
