How do you put points on a document?

Hi Terriellen,

Thanks for your question. I am assuming you are referring to bullet point list. In order to add points to a document,


  • Highlight the list of items
  • select FORMAT menu > Bullets & Numbering
  • select either a bullet or number set
  • press OK

Change an AutoShape to another shape quickly

Having drawn and formatted an AutoShape, you can quickly change the existing shape to a different one while still preserving the formatting changes you made. Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the shape you want to change (to select it).
2. Click on the Draw button on the drawing toolbar.
3. Select Change AutoShape.
4. Click on the AutoShape that you wish to change the existing shape into.
