Formatting Cell range

How can I create a marco to format a range of cells, but with varying formats. E.g The headers are formated with a blue fill and white font, and the body of the range white fill with black font and borders?

RE: Formatting Cell range

Tools > Macros > record new macro

then do the formatting.

then press stop

then attach the macro to a button

then whenever you want to format the cells in this way, press the button


 

Excel tip:

Using an equal (=) sign that isn't part of a formula

Before you type the equal sign, type an apostrophe: '
Then type your equal sign: = (and anything else you want to add after your equal sign)
Press ENTER.

(the apostraphe will disappear
