if I am working on someone elses document, and I want to change their formatting, can I change it for the whole document?
RE: formatting
Hi Heather, Thank you for the post, in answer to your question; To remove all formatting from a document; select the entire document (CTRL+A) or Edit Select All, and then press the keyboard combination CTRL+Spacebar or Edit Clear Formats, you will then have a document which has been set to your Normal Style, I hope that helps, best regards Pete.
