Cannot see my grid lines when working in a table
Hello
I have to create tables which does not have any borders. So when I create my table I always select it and turn off the lines from the borders toolbar.
I cannot understand why my table gridlines also disappears. I cannot see my table when this happens. Please can you help?
Thank You.
RE: Cannot see my grid lines when working in a table
Hi
This problem is due to your Table menu, displaying Show Gridlines. This means that your table gridlines are off.
To turn on, select Table menu, choose Show Gridlines and your table gridlines will display.
Because you have turned off the borders when you type your data and choose Print Preview you will only see your written text with no border lines.
Hope this helps.

Word tip:Import Web page text without its formattingFrequently when text is imported into a Word document using a standard copy and paste, all the formatting from the Web page is brought over into the Word document too - which can look strange and lead to time consuming reformatting of the text. |
