1. Place you cursor in the data table you want to create a Pivot Table from.
2. Click DATA > PIVOT TABLE AND PIVOT CHART WIZARD
3. Follow the wizard to create the basic structure
4. Drag the fields you want to see summarised into the pivot table

Excel tip:Reset Excel toolbars to default settingsIf you find any of your toolbars in Excel have changed (i.e. they are missing or have extra buttons) then you can reset them to their defaults. |
