SharePoint

I recorded a bunch of training videos in Microsoft Stream, then converted them to MP4 so that everyone can view them, but the videos will not open for me in Microsoft Teams (they're in a folder in TEAMS), so I have to open them in SharePoint. When I do that, a huge music symbol appears on the screen while my training video plays in the behind it. Seriously frustrating. How can I get this huge music note off my screen?

RE: SharePoint

When you record you can download directly from Microsoft Stream as an MP4 so no conversion is required.

The converting software may have watermarked the video which appears to be the problem

Have you tried opening the videos in another Video play?
How do they run when you open them in PowerPoint?

We can't see which Training course you have attended so do please let us know as you are currently using a guest account not a delegate account.

Kind regards

Word tip:

Close a Document

Word opens multiple documents in multiple windows. Press CTRL+F4 (Function 4 key) or ALT+F4. to Close a document.
(There is no way to turn this feature off) So unlike other programs there is no difference between CTRL+F4 and ALT+F4, unless you have just one document open. CTRL+F4 closes just the document ALT+F4 closes both the document and Word.
