What is bodmas
Hi Robert
BODMAS stands for
Brackets Other Division and Multiplication Addition and Subtraction
It's a way of remembering the order of operation that Excel follows when it evaluates values in a formula.
You can find some good examples here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/ks3bitesize/maths/number/whole_numbers_2_3.shtml
Do let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
