Saving as a cd

Hi Emily,

Thank you for your forum question.

Once you have created and saved your presentation in the usual way (normally a good idea), go to the Office Button, Publish and Package as a CD.

Name the CD, add any additional files you might need and think about linked files. You may want to go to options and break any links.

Then click copy to CD. Hope this helps.
