how do I create formulas?

RE: Excel training

Hi Magdalena,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

To create a formula such as adding two cells together, click into the relevant cell and start with the Equals sign. Then click on the relevant cells inserting the + symbol between the two cells and pressing enter to complete the formula.

=A1+B1
=A1*B1
=A1-B1
=A1/B1

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon
