Thank you for your question. In Word go to the File menu, choose OPEN, then find our templates folder (most commonly C:\Documents & Settings\WINDOWS USER NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates.)
f you find the folder appears to be empty click the arrow in the TYPE OF FILE box, and choose (*.dot) or Document Templates.
With the file open make all the edits you require then save and close.
