I have a 5 page document. I would like only the 2nd page in landscape and first, third, fourth and fifth in portrait. But every time I change it pages 3, 4 and 5 change into landscape too. How can I do this?

RE: word

Hi Kovi, thanks for your query. Put a section break at the end of the first page and another at the end of the second page. Then go to the second page and change the orientation to landscape. You might find this easy to do if you have your non-printing characters switched on (the "reverse p" symbol).

Hope this helps,

Anthony

Word tip:

Find out all Word's shortcut keys

Want to learn more Word shortcut keys?

Here's how to you can find more shortcut key combinations:

1. Look up shortcuts in Help - this should bring up a link to the Keyboard Shortcuts topic.

2. Word has a built-in macro that you can run which will produce a list of all Word's shortcut keys that you can then print.

To access the macro, go to Tools - Macro - Macros. Use the dropdown arrow next to Macros in: to select Word commands.

Scroll down the list under Macro names and select ListCommands, then click Run.

Click OK. A document listing shortcut keys should be generated for you, which you can print for future reference.
