I would like to start page 1 on the third page of my document but can't seem to get it to work. URGENT

Hi Shelley,

Thank you for your question.

You need to delete the existing page breaks between page 1 and 2 and page 2 and 3 and insert Next Page Section breaks instead via the Insert Breaks menu commands.

Then click into the third page Header or Footer and click on the fifth button(Link to Previous) from the end of the Header and Footer toolbar. Now insert the Page number using the Insert Page Number icon on the toolbar(white piece of paper with a hash on it).

Highlight the Page Number and select the Format Page Number icon on the toolbar(Piece of paper with a hash and a hand). Change the Start at to 1.

This should place 1 on the third page and no page numbering on the other pages.
