how do you just get one page with a watermark on?

Hi Claire,
Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.
You need to replace the page breaks with Next Page Section breaks. Insert the Watermark(Such as Draft) and then open up the Header area of the page as the watermark is linked to the Header.
Go through each section, select the watermark you want to remove and right click over it to remove it.
