Hi
I've written a nested IF statement but would like to write it as as IF OR statement
=IF(Calcs!D8=TRUE,Calcs!E8,IF(Calcs!L13=TRUE,Calcs!M13,IF(Calcs!S14=TRUE,Calcs!T14,IF(Calcs!T26=TRUE,Calcs!U26))))
Please could you tell me how to do this?
Many thanks
Angela
Hi Angela
Thanks for your question.
Can you explain a bit more about what you require the formula to do, as I'm not sure if writing the formula as an IF OR statement will achieve the result you are after.
Does the formula you have written above work currently?
You're welcome to email the spreadsheet through to me with an explanation if that will be easier. My email address is amanda@stl-training.co.uk
Kind regards
Amanda

Excel tip:Screen Splitters in ExcelScreen splitter icons can be set from the ribbon bar, or dragged from the scroll bars. The icon just above the up arrow on the right scroll bar controls the horizontal splitter; the icon to the right of the right arrow on the bottom scroll bar controls the vertical splitter. |
