how do i hide and unhide figures
Hi Femi,
Thank you for your question.
If you select a column or row of figures, navigate to the Home Tab and the Cells group and choose Format. Select Hide/Unhide from the Visibility section and choose either hide rows or columns.
To unhide the hidden data, select the row before and row after or the column before and after and follow the same instructions above but finally choosing unhide rows or columns.
I hope this answers your question.
Regards
Simon

Excel tip:Activating the formula bar with the keyboard in Excel 2010The formula bar in Excel 2010 contains a number of different formulas. However, it is time consuming to open the formula bar every time and insert the formula using the mouse. Instead, you can activate the formula bar with the keyboard. Simply press the F2 button on the keyboard then the information in the cell will expand allowing you to edit the information in the cell. |
