can i do critical path analysis when managing several different projects simultaneously?

Hi Veronica

Thanks for your question - yes you can. In your combined project go to tools > options > calculation and put a tick in the box to show multiple baselines. After OKing your changes switch to the Tracking Gantt view where you should see a combined project plan with individual critical paths.

a. In Project, click on the File tab
b. Select General from left hand side (this should be the screen displayed by default)
c. Set the Default view dropdown box to your chosen option
d. Click OK to apply your changes
