Email divert to my PA's inbox

is it possible to auto notify people I'm on holiday and auto divert the incoming messages

RE: email divert to my PA's inbox

Hi Clive,

The holiday issue is resolved by using the Out of Office Assistant which is in the tools menu. Type your message in and select that your away from the office (top right).

The only way you can divert mail is to ask your IT team to change something on the server. The easiest way to do it is by sharing your inbox with your PA, and that way she can access your mail and depending on what you allow her to do depends on what she will be able to do.

Any problems then let me know.

Regards
Martin
