how is the best way to sort data to use in pivot tables?

Thanks for the post - sorry for the late reply
The best way to sort your data will be totally up to yourself i tend to put one field in every area of the pivot table area, but this does depend on how much data you have but you will need to move things around to see which one suits you best

Excel tip:Multiple Lines of Text in a CellAs an alternative to the Text Wrapping facility, type a word or two, press Alt+Enter to get a new line, type more text, and continue the process for as many lines as you need. Enter as normal when you have finished. |
