Thank you for your question.
Macros are designed to be able to automate repetitive tasks that you normally need to carry out several steps to achieve the end result - using a macro allows you to record all the steps you would take and combine them together so they can be performed quickly.
The only way to set up a macro is by going through Tools - Macros.
