How can we generate report and espeically how can we print all the reports including gantt chart

RE: report generating

Hi Raja

Thanks for your question. You can access your reports from the Reports menu. Choose reports for simple, pre-built reports which have been grouped together in themes. Visual reports give you a structured way of exporting your Project information to Excel or Visio so you can use the features of those applications to analyse your data.

Alternatively you can print your current Project view by going to File > Print once you have chosen the appropriate zoom level.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew

MS Project tip:

Compare Work and Duration

Duration is the timescale within which a task is done; Work is the specific time element used. For example, 3 days work in a duration of 2 weeks. To compare, add the Work field into the Entry table by right clicking a column heading to Add Field.
