Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Can you please clarify your question for me? Do you mean that the same page number shows for each item in the table of contents; or the same page number shows for some of the items?

Here are some really handy shortcut keys for rearranging rows in a table.

By highlighting a row and using:
- Alt+Shift+Up arrow: you can move a row up in the table.

- Alt+Shift+Down Arrow: you can move a row down in a table.
