How to insert picture on a whole label sheet

RE: Word 2007

Hello Dalila

Thank you for your question.

Can you please clarify, did you want to put a picture in the background of the sheet, behind all the labels; or do you want a picture on each label?

thanks
Amanda

RE: Word 2007

Hello Amanda,

I need a picture on each label.

Regards
Dalila

RE: Word 2007

Hi Dalila

Assuming you are using the Mail Merge Wizard to create your labels (Mailings tab, Start Mail Merge button, Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard) - at step 3, insert the fields for your labels, then go to the Insert tab, and click the Picture button.

Navigate to and insert the picture you wish to use, then position the picture where you'd like to go.

Afterwards, click the Update all labels option. The inserted fields and picture should appear on all mailing labels; then continue through the rest of the merge.

I hope this helps.
Amanda
