How would I be able to export my programme plan in a useable form into Visio? Thanks, Judie

Hi Judie

Thanks for your question - one way to export to Visio is to use the analysis toolbar.

From the view menu choose Toolbars > Analysis

Click on the Viso WBS Chart Wizard to export your project to Visio as a work breakdown structure.

MS Project tip:

Enter a Date

You can enter today's date (or tomorrow's date) in a date field, by simply typing in the word 'today'or 'tomorrow' and Project will insert the date for you.
