How do I use a table in Word

You can use insert/object in Word and choose excel spreadsheet. You will then be able to work with a table with all the functionalities of Excel.

Using an equal (=) sign that isn't part of a formula

Before you type the equal sign, type an apostrophe: '
Then type your equal sign: = (and anything else you want to add after your equal sign)
Press ENTER.
