Access Introduction course
Are previous editions of access compatible with Access 2007?
Hello Sofia,
To answer your question, the answer is "No", unfortunately. The reason why is because of the file formats. The file extension is .mdb for the Access databases up to an including 2003 and for 2007 it is .accdb, therefore if you are using Access 2007, save it in 2003 format (2007 files are in xml format which reduces the file size).
I hope this answers your question.
Thank you
GREG Eze

Access tip:Zoom feature for queriesIf youare working on on query design and creating a calculated field, it can be hard to view the whole statement. You can hold the shift key down and press F2, to show the zoomed up version of the query field |
