Resource Usage

Hello,
Is there a way to track if any people in resources go above 100%

RE: Resource Usage

Hi Chris

Thanks for your question. The most direct way to see if your resources are over allocated is to switch to the Resource view (View > Resource Sheet)

Overallocated resources will be highlighted in red.

Hope this helps - let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Andrew

RE: Resource Usage

Hello, once you determine that a resource is overallocated shouldn't levelling clear that? Put them at the right percentage that is recorded in the resource sheet and push the date out?

Thank you in advance for your help!
Cheers,
Nancie

MS Project tip:

Inserting Task Durations Quickly

When entering durations for your tasks simply use the single letters - m for min, h for hr, d for day, w for week, but mon for month. If default is set for days, you need only type the number, for example 3 for 3days, or 0.5 for half a day.
