When setting up a page as you are going along can you set an option to let you know if it will be too big to print onto a single page using a certain text size? Alternatively, do you have to format for printing after you have finished spreadsheet?
Hello Alaisdair
Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.
If you go into Print Preview, and then exit it, you will see dotted lines on your spreadsheet which show where the edges of the pages will fall when you print.
If your spreadsheet goes over one page, you should be able to see this on your screen.
You can change the scaling in the Page Setup features (File - Page Setup - Page) in order to fit more on one page, however this may affect readability when the spreadsheet is printed out.
