How are you, sorry i haven't got back to you before
the easiest way to use tabs is to make sure that first you have a line above & a line below, secondly make sure you dont set them to close to the left and right margins
Beware if you move or delete tabs from the ruler if you are on the line you have the tabs on the text will move

Word tip:Selective highlighting...Selecting in word has improved with CTRL being added in XP for individual ranges, like in excel. If you want to select a range such as an column which has been created using tabs you could use the CTRL key and select one word at a time, but if you hold down the ALT key and then click and drag your mouse it will select wherever you drag to. This will only allow you to do 1 change though. |
