Transmitting Word fonts

We have corporate fonts that don't appear on the basic word package. When we want to send a document in these fonts, it opens in weird looking fonts.

Is there any way to attach our fonts to the word document before sending it so that it opens looking the same as it was created?

RE: Transmitting Word fonts

Hi Anna, Thank you for your post, in answer to your question, there is an option in the Save As dialog box, click the Tools button drop down and choose Save Options, in the Save dialog box that opens you have an option to Embed True Type Fonts, with two sub options, Embed characters in use only and Do not embed common system fonts, this last is selected by default. I hope this has helped, if so please click the Resolved link, best regards Pete
