Any information regarding slices in photoshop and importing into dreamweaver would be great!

RE: Slices

Hi Paul,

Here are a few sites I would recommend having a look at for this task.

Main one:
http://www.entheosweb.com/photoshop/slice.asp

Others:
http://www.photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/super %20tutorial%202/website%207.htm
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lEjLciNRC8s
http://www.communitymx.com/content/article.cfm?cid=6726E

Discussion on another forum: http://www.graphic-forums.com/archive/index.php/t-346.html

Hope these links help you.

Kind regards, Rich

RE: Slices

Rich, sorry for the delayed response. I've had a rather chaotic week.

Thanks a lot for the links, they look really helpful.

Paul

Dreamweaver tip:

Xhtml vs html

When using dreamwear template or just creating a blank webpage, you are able to select the markup language you want to use. The main choices are either xhtml or html. It is now best to select xhtml as this will translate all the html into xml, so it is transmitted across the web in xml format. One of the main advantages of this is that it makes the site that you build much more compatible with the range of different web browsers that exist.
