I hope you enjoyed your Outlook training. Thank you for your question.
To set up your junk mail preferences, go Tools>>Options. Under Email, click on Junk Email. You can now choose the level of protection you want, as well as telling Outlook the addresses of safe senders, or senders you want blocked (under the relevant tabs).
