How do I set advanced search parameters to find emails?

Hi Bob,
I hope you enjoyed your Outlook training. Thank you for your question.
To set advanced search parameters, go to Tools>> Find>>Advanced Find.
If the folder you want to search is not in your Inbox, or you want to search more than one folder, click Browse to select from a list.
Now click on the Advanced tab to set your criteria.
Click on Field to get a list of fields, and choose the field that you want Outlook to check (for example, if you are looking for all emails with a Subject of Outlook training, click on subject).
Next choose your Condition (in this example it could be

Outlook tip:Quick way to create a distribution listIf you have been sent an email that contains all the names you want in your distribution list then highlight and copy the names from the email. When you get to the address book for adding names paste the names into the members bar. |
