What is the short cut for creating a chart?

Hi Rita, Thank you for your post, Welcome to the Forum, In answer to your question, the Sortcut key for creating a chart is the F11 (Function 11) key pressed after selecting a range of cells (dont forget to include headings etc). This will create a basic chart on a new Worksheet, you can then format the chart or adjust it to your requirements. If you wish to place the chart on the same sheet as your data, you will have to use the wizard which can be activated by clicking the chart button on the Standard Toolbar. In Microsoft Excel, to enter the current time into a cell, hold CTRL+SHIFT and press SEMICOLON.
