How do Iformat late events

RE: Project

Hi Robert

Thank you for your question

To format the task bars you need to set a format for tasks that start late and also for tasks that finish late.

Go to Format-Bar Styles. Then scroll down the list of task types until you come to a blank row. In the name column type "starts late". In the appearance column select the required bar colour. In the show for.... tasks column choose starts late.

Then repeat the process the tasks that finish late

I hope this solves your problem. If you have any further requirements please let me know

Regards

Stephen

MS Project tip:

Avoid Accidental Constraints

The initial default table is the Entry table. Enter a task name and duration, but do not enter start or finish dates. Form the plan using links, predecessors. Typing dates introduces constraints. To remove these constraints, double click on a task, and on the Advanced page of Task Information set the constraint back to As Soon As Possible (all other options are there too.)
