Word: In excel when you print a document you can ensure that at the foot of each page is the file name and date. Similarly I would like my word documents when printed to include the date and the file name.

Hi Karen
When you are in Word what you will need to do to create the file path and name in every footer of your document is as follows
Go to the view menu and click header and footer, you will then get a header/footer toolbar, tab to the position you need the file name and path to be i.e. left centre or right .
When you have done that click on the insert autotext button on the toolbar and from the drop down list choose file name and path, then click the close button on the toolbar.
To see this either go to print preview, or the view menu, and click page layout
