Our client, a leader in Managed Print Services worldwide is a global corporation that sells document solutions and services, and document technology products in more than 160 countries.

Business Requirement

In joining the Saudi Arabian branch of our client, the new finance director noticed gaps in knowledge and in the use of Excel across teams. Staff had some ineffective habits and differing levels of familiarity and experience.
Our client sought to improve their team's Excel performance and bring members of marketing, finance, accounting and administration teams to level competency with Excel.

Solution

A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) was sent out to members of staff in the Saudi team to assess their Excel abilities and knowledge.
The results of the TNA enabled appropriate levels of Excel to be offered to staff. Training delivery was designed as 2 half-day sessions per day to accommodate staff workload.

STL deployed an experienced member of the training team to Saudi Arabia to deliver the training at the client's site. Training took place over the course of a week with delivery to approximately 60 staff.
